How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum spend, anywhere in the United States.
How long will my order take?
3–5 business days from dispatch. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships, and tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans.
What if I want to return something?
You have 30 days from delivery. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we refund you in full, cover the return, and usually don't even need it back — just send a photo. If you've changed your mind, you can still return an unused item, but you arrange return postage and a 15% handling fee is deducted, because your outbound shipping was free and already paid by us. We confirm the exact figure before you post anything.
Is everything actually in stock?
Yes. If a product page lets you add to cart, it's in stock. Anything unavailable shows as sold out rather than quietly taking your money.
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Checkout is Shopify-secured and PCI compliant, and we never see your card number.
