Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every order to any address in the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery time: 7-12 business days from dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched from our US fulfilment partners within 1-2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Tracking: a tracking link is emailed when the shipping label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan.

Coverage: all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories or international destinations.

Multiple parcels: orders containing several items may ship in more than one parcel and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy: you are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at our actual carrier cost, which we will confirm with you first.

Lost or damaged in transit: report within 3 days of the delivery scan (or of the expected delivery date if the parcel has not arrived) and we will replace or refund in full. See our Refund Policy.
