Free standard shipping, every order
There is no minimum spend and no threshold. Whatever you order, standard shipping to any address in the United States is free.
Delivery time
7-12 business days from dispatch. Most orders leave our US fulfilment partners within 1-2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email the moment the label is created. The first day or so can show no movement — the label exists before the parcel is scanned in. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will open a trace.
Where we ship
All 50 US states. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories, and we do not ship internationally.
Multiple items
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking link.
Address errors
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the cost of the second shipment is charged at our actual carrier rate.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, tell us within 3 days of the delivery scan (or of the expected date, for a lost parcel) and we replace or refund in full. See our returns page for how to report it.
