Terms of service

These terms govern every purchase from Happyhaul USA, a store operated by Alpha Academy LTD of 182 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for any reason, including pricing or stock errors and suspected fraud, in which case you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout according to the delivery address. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days from dispatch; estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Refunds and replacements are provided for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, when reported within 3 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted and all other sales are final. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but colours may display differently on different screens and minor variations may occur. Dimensions and specifications on the product page are those supplied by the manufacturer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own state.
